KL Rahul has been magnificent in the Indian Premier League. The right-handed batter is leading Lucknow Super Giants in IPL 2022, and he has made his performance count in the third game of the season against Sunrisers Hyderabad.
Rahul scored a half-century to propel his team to a fighting score despite losing wickets at regular intervals. The 29-year-old accumulated 68 off 49 balls, laced with 6 fours and one six before T Natarajan dismissed him.
Rahul broke David Warner’s record of taking the fewest innings to score 30 scores of 50+ in IPL. While Warner took 90 innings, KL completed the landmark in 88.
Chris Gayle (105 innings) and Gautam Gambhir (125 innings) are also part of the list.
